We start work, and the customer stopp following the payment schule. We had to take on additional orders to cover the cash gap and pay want to improve your results and understand people’s salaries. All the deadlines “went” – the cash gap increas even more. As a result, the customer paid us twice as long as it was specifi in the contract.

Now we use the rule from the Russian classic:

Money in the morning – chairs in the evening. Even if it is not the first time you are working with a client. I have an obvious question then: were there moments when you want to give up and start something else? Maria : Well, how can I tell you… Regularly. Each of us has moments of crisis. From fatigue, from some uncertainty about tg data the future, from stress. But we support each other in such moments, we don’t let each other give up.
